Poly-Coat Systems began in California in the 1970's as an FRP lining company for corrosion applications in the power plants and mining industries.
In the 1980's Poly-Coat focused on corrosion technologies for the truck transport industry and began lining transport tanks with FRP linings. Poly-Coat recognized the advantages of an all composite tank trailer for corrosive transports and in 2001 became the first manufacturer in the United States for all composite 407/412 tank trailers.
Poly-Coat Systems is the first composite tank trailer manufacturer to use FEA (finite element analysis) as an engineering basis. We are the leader in corrosion technology for the composite tank industry and have the ability to custom engineer a corrosion barrier for aggressive bleach, acid or hazardous services.
Poly-Coat Systems recently expanded their manufacturing capacity with a state-of-the-art 18,000 sq. ft. facility located in the Greater Houston area.
